Peacebuilding & Small-Scale Agriculture Infrastructure
Rebuilding peaceful post-conflict communities through collaborative agricultural infrastructure, farmer group empowerment, and public service linkage.
Implemented in Lalitpur, Dolakha, Sindhuli, and Ramechhap districts, IGD's peacebuilding through agriculture program delivered peace dividends to farming families. By constructing small-scale irrigation, seed storage, and organizing farmer cooperatives to interface with local authorities, the initiative turned shared development into an engine for community reconciliation.
